Our Recovery Process
Six steps to getting your data back
Complete our Service Request Form and we will send you an email containing your SRF ID.
Mail In your device. To avoid delays please ensure you have adequately packaged your device as safely as possible and it is marked with your SRF ID, Our Mail In page provides guidance on packaging for different devices.
We will examine your device and send you a copy of our evaluation report which details the fault and service level with believe to be required to recover your data. We will then need your authorisation to proceed with our recovery work or we can return your device to you.
We recover, repair or replace to obtain your data. If your recovery needs extra parts or we are only able to make a partial recovery we will contact you again with any additional costs for donors and a time scale.
If recovery is successful we will issue an invoice for your recovery, you can pay this online via Paypal.
We send your data back on the recovery media provided.
Please check your recovered data within 10 calendar days of receiving the device.
