Additional Charges

£50 per additional 32 GB requiring 'Chip off'.

For each additional 32 GB band capacity of the device recovered needing a 'Chip Off' recovery. eg. a 64 GB device would be + £50 on top of our standard rate.

£100 Monolith chip layout development

We have a vast library of monolithic device layouts but the types of devices and variations are increasing. If we determine your device has a new layout then there is a small nominal charge towards the cost of development.

Donor Parts

If we need to replace parts to recover your data we charge for the parts. These costs are specific to your device. These could be relatively inexpensive for the more common parts, however new or rare devices can be expensive. Before proceeding with this stage we will always confirm you are happy to cover any additional costs.

Recovery Media

We need to return your data on a device.. You're welcome to supply suitable recovery media to use or we can provide one at an additional cost.

We do our best to stay within our guide prices. There are however occasions where a device may be severely damaged needing more extensive work. If this is the case you will be contacted before incurring additional costs.
